Yes it does, however it's much more restrictive than the 2.4.6 demo mode was. It only allows 5 users instead of 100 and it limits the maximum record time for messages to 15 seconds to ensure the system wont be used in a production environement running in this mode.
Remember, this is not a try-before-you-buy thing... its targeted for sales folks giving demos to potential customers. If you want a try-before-you-buy setup (which is a perfectly valid request in my opinion), contact your account team and let them know you want this feature.
If you need to do a demo with more users/record time, you'll need to get a fully programmed security key to do it. Again, contact your account team for that.
