I have two instances where the MWI light is lit and an envelope show that there is a message as well as the words you have voicemail . When the user went to retrieve the message it says you have one new message and keeps repeating it , it won't let you delete it. The only way i got rid of it was by going into Outlook and then deleting the message.
Any ideas?

We have ran in to a few customers with this problem as well, it turns out that the message priority (low, normal, urgent) has been stripped from the message. We are still investigating the cause, but suspect backup or antivirus software on the Exchange server to be the cause. There is a hotfix that can be applied to Unity that will allow it to play messages with out a priority, contact TAC for the hotfix if this is the case.

Oh yeah the defect number is CSCdx56923: Cannot listen to msg via TUI. AVP_Priority not set.
