Unity 3.1.5 and AMIS

Our customer has Unity 3.1.5 in Japan and Europe

In Irvine,Ca they have Meridian Mail

All have Callmanager.

When using AMIS from Japan TO Irvine and Europe it works.

When using AMIS from Irvine TO Japan it does not work

When using AMIS from Europe TO Japan it does not work.

What could be all possibilities for it not working for us to look into. I believe Dial ID's are properly configured.

Please Help!!

A good place to start is the TOI videos for 4.0(1) - the AMIS overview and AMIS troubleshooting videos are good stuff and mostly apply to 3.1(5) as well. This will give you some tips:
