Unity 3.1.5 : issue with MWI

hi,

We had moved some exchange users from the Standalone MS exchange 2K server to the MS Exchange 2K MS Cluster.

We found that we are not getting MWIs for the moved users & also the mails are not coming to the mailboxes.

The users which were not moved are working fine.

Thx in advance,

Mangesh

Re: Unity 3.1.5 : issue with MWI

Are the AvCsMgr and AvMsgStoreMonitor accounts running as local system? There's a known issue with LocalSystem authenticating against NTLM in W2K. That will be the case when these services are working with an Exchange Cluster.

If those accounts are set to LocalSystem, you'll need to run them as a Domain account. Try steps 15 and 16 in this document...

Hi,

Thx for your help.

The thing is the document

(http://www.cisco.com/warp/customer/788/AVVID/mailstore-no-start.html )doesnt suggest to change the settings of AvMsgStoreMonitor.

So pls see if you can change the same.

Once again thx a lot for your help.
