Unity 3.1(5) loosing connection to Exchange message stores
Customer has Unity 3.1(5) running talking to a set of Exchange Servers/message stores.
Customer has done some upgrading on the message stores recently to put the latest software patches on. What they are finding is that Unity is not connecting back up to the message stores once they come back on-line. And the "workaround" right now is to reboot the Unity server. Now good.
What could be stopping Unity from reconnecting when the exchange store comes back on-line? I have read that the AVWm process is supposed to be checking every 15 seconds to see if the servers are there. Is there some time out in play such that if we have not heard back from the exchange server in x-minutes forget about it? Have been searching the web and have not found the magic.

answer. Be sure to read the whole thing or e...
