Is it possible to use the 4.x Full Import/Export tool to migrate from 3.1.5 to 4.0.5 in one hit - or will we have to upgrade in 2 hops? Also will this tool carry over all customer messages, customised prompts and templates etc?
Ive had a look at the links provided - but the DiRT tool states that its only able to restore information back onto a server at the same build level - so (if Im reading it correctly) DiRT will not be suitable for an upgrade from 3.1.5 to 4.0.5 - as the customer info will be lost.
