I need some insight on intergration of unity to a call manger cluster.
Previously we had 32 port unity to a
Single stand alone call Manger.
We now have installed a second call manager server to the cluster and need some information as to how to set up the voice mail ports.
We are doing load balancing on two call manager so half of the phones are registered to Call Manager "A" and the other half to Call Manger "B"
Here is my question,
Do I need to divide my unity ports and register
16 ports to Call Manger "A"
and 16 ports to Call Manger "B"
or can I just change the Device pool on the ports so that some ports register with CCM A and others with CCM B.
