if one of our customers presses keypad digit 4 or 6 during either saved message playback or new message playback, our unity box crashes. other customers dialling into their messages just get ringing....this is all very repeatable . the only solution seems to be to restart the box.
i'm told that key 4 is slow playback and 6 is fast ?
the question is are there any settings that we can change to remove the customer option?
