unity 3.1 / Delays of answer

Hi,

I have installed a cisco Unity version 3.1.

When I compose the Voicemail number extensions , I should wait for 15 seconds to obtain an answer (( I am connected to the Voice port but I don't hear the vocal answering only after 15 Seconds )).
