Hi All,<br>Unity 3.1(1) & Call Manager 3.1<br>When a outside call lands to a pilot no(Say 4422) & is transfered to a hunt group with 4423,4424,4425 etc and the user is not there <br>1.can we leave a voice mail to a distribution list? ie all the extensions in the hunt group.<br>2.Can we leave a voice mail to a common mailbox so that all in a dept can access the voice mail.<br>This is a in a voicemail only environment(Users are not accessing voice mail through desktop)<br>Let me know ur suggestion<br><br>Regds<br>Anonymous<br><br>
You can always route those calls to a call handler which can be configured to leave a message for an individual subscriber or a public distribution list (which can contain subscribers/non subscribers both).
