Unity 3.13 AMIS INbound question

AMIS is setup to communicate with an Octel Voicemail system and was working both way(inbound and outbound) for quite some time. However, All of a sudden AMIS Inbound is no longer functioning properly. AMIS messages are coming into the Unity server but are all stuck in the Exchange 2000 Connector under the MTS-OUT folder. The status of that is "Queued".<br><br>1) I had already uninstalled and reinstalled the Exchange Connector. It yielded the SAME result. I ran out of options on what I can do here. PLease assist.<br><br>Systems Engineer

Did you happen to install the hot fix for 3.1(3) for the priority flag being cleared? There was an issue with that patch where the AMIS messages inbound were not being handled correctly. The DOH folks have a fix they've been testing, hopefully it'll be available this week for download.

If not, there's another issue at play here... you'll want to open a TAC case and get it worked from that angle.
