Unity 3.13 Strange intergration Issue

Hi Guys.
Have a problem with Unity 3.13, Any incoming call to the voicemail system does not flag the extensions mail box and play its greeting. All that is happening is the opening greeting is played. Similar to what would happen if there was no integration. Now the interesting catch is that if you restart Unity or simply save a item within Unity and attempt a call to an extension which forwards to voicemail, the correct greeting is played, But only once. Do it a second time and the opening greeting is played, instead of the extensions greeting.

The integration is with a Lucent System with SMDI on the serial. I know that this is not a CISCO supported intergration, but have been informed by a Cisco that its technically possible to still work.
Any assistance would be great.

Thanks Guys.

Re: Unity 3.13 Strange intergration Issue

You will want to use the Integration Monitor to observe the SMDI packets coming in from the phone system to be sure Unity is able to correctly parse the call data out of the SMDI.

Also, run the Call Viewer (both of these apps are in the Unity folder on the start menu) to verify that the call is arriving on the correct port with the integration information.

I am not sure why you would be getting the strange behavior, but if you can observe the difference between a working call and a failing one, it might help illuminate the integration problem.
