I probably had post this before, anyway i would like to know whether we can get the Unity Design worksheets in Word format.

This way, we can make modifications on the design ( on different phases on the project) and send it out to our clients electronically.

Systems Engineer

I'm not quite sure which docs you mean... do you mean the design guides (the things that show all the basic deployment models for Unity and the like... has lots of little pictures of buildings and network coulds and such) or is this something else out of the administration guide? If you tell me where you're looking at these I can see about getting them converted (they're PDFs I assume?)

It is the worksheet that has the fill-in-the-blank on Class of Service/Subscriber template/Hours of Operation, etc.
It is located on :

It will definitely make my job a lot easier with this doc on a Word format.

mine as well, also it would be documentation I could leave with the customer!
