The unity install all works fine and without any errors, and then unity wont take calls .<br><br> <br><br>What happens is you place a call from an ip or analogue phone , you hare ringing once and then the call is dropped.<br><br>Port monitor shows no call. Unity is running with G729 , TSP 3.04. , call manager 3.1, unity has 16 ports. The full network is G729<br><br> <br><br>No other apps are running in the system . win2k server, exchange 2k , all service packs are applied.<br><br> <br><br>If I stop and start unity, it all works for a while and then wont take calls.<br><br><br><br>
Are there any errors in the event log? When it stops taking calls, what does the caller hear? Reorder? Ring-no-answer? How are they calling from an analog phone? Is the Unity server doing a dual-switch integration, or is the analog phone off of a GW port?
