Unity 4.0.1 Music on Hold

Does anyone know how to change the music on hold in Unity 4.0.1? I have a client that does not like the Cisco "elevator" music, when using the supervised transfer settings for a subscriber.

Thanks

Re: Unity 4.0.1 Music on Hold

You can replace the 10 WAV files used to provide hold music (they're used in a cycle starting from 0 to 9 and back to 0 again). You can find the prompts under \commserver\localize\prompts\enu\G711\AVPHGree\PHHoldMusic000.wav through PHHoldMusic009.wav.

The g711 in the path may be G729 depending on which prompt set you have installed. Replace those WAVs with whatever funky tunes paints their wagon. Be sure to keep them short, however... 30 seconds or so. Unity will only check the line to see if it's still busy after the end of each of these WAV files so if you stick a big old Almond Brother's song in there or something it'll be quite a while between retries.
