Unity 4.0.2 DSAD error message

Hi,

What would be the common sympton for this error?

ID: 1045

Source: CiscoUnity_DSAD

Message: Within the past %1 minutes, the AvDSAD service failed each attempt to complete a full directory synchronization between the SQL database on the Cisco Unity server and the directory in the domain

I've seen it.. its the same msg as what's errorred in Event Viewer.. so it doesn't help me... thanks though.
