Unity 4.0(3) Caller ID Playback During Subscriber Conversation

I have a customer with Unity 4.0(3) in pilot mode, and the subscriber's are not hearing the CallerID of the person who left the message when listening to the call via the TUI.

The following options are checked for all subscribers:

<from Unity>

Before playing each message, play

X Sender's information

X Message number

X Time the message was sent

</from Unity>

The CallerID does show up correctly in Outlook, it just doesn't play back on the phone.

Any ideas?

I believe you also need to use BulkEdit to make this fly - the SA didn't expose one of the properties needed for this.

Under Bulk Edit (which you'll find in the tools depot on your desktop) select subscriber you want to change (probably all of them in your case) and on the "conversation" tab at the bottom there's an option for "Announce ANI for messages from unidentified callers" that needs to be set to "true" before the conversation will do what you want.
