Unity 4.0(3) Incorrectly identifying a mailbox being full

A user seems to have their mailbox full consistently and callers get a full mailbox message. The weird part is they are only using up 162 MB of space when there mailbox limit is 300 MB. Any suggestions?

Assuming Exchange 2000/2003 here...

Thanks for the article. Does anyone have any troubleshooting tips? All voicemail subscibers are configured identically using the mailstore limits not any specific mailbox limits. Although many other subscribers have larger mailboxes then the subsciber in question, he is the only one who gets these incorrect mailbox full warnings. Any help is appreciated.
