Unity 4.0 and outside caller

when an outsider calls in to the Unity system they are not able to mark a message urgent or private. Are there any workarounds for this? will it be available in the future?

On the messages page for subscribers and call handlers there's an option for "Mark messages as urgent" which has an "ask caller" option that needs to be set before this option is offered to callers leaving a message.

There is no option for outside callers to leave private messages - only urgent. I don't know of any requests outstanding for a private flag for external callers - you can ask your account team to open a PERS if this is something important to you.
