A "canned" license comes with the Unity install (same limits as the existing "keyless demo" in Unity 3.x today) - they are also planning on offering "time out" licenses where you can get full blown functionality for a limited period of time in addition to the usual limited "demo mode" but I'm not sure when that will be available to folks.
