Unity 4.0 Dual Integration Cutting Off messages

I have a dual integration (CCM 3.32, Unity 4.0(2), NEAX 2000) that is cutting off callers leaving messages on the analog side. The caller hears 3 beeps at some point leaving the message, but can still continue recording. When you retrieve this message, it is "cut-off" in the middle somewhere. BUT if you save this message, when you re-play it afterwards, the complete message is there. Any ideas? It is not every message that is affected. 16 ports, 10 analog. Is it necessary to run the "Learn Tones" utility? Could that be my problem?
