Been receiving the error messages below on a new install on a fairly regular basis.
Setup is Unity 4.0.2, VM only, exchange 2k on-box in it's own domain.
The server stopped responding last week and required a forced restart - nothing of note in the event log. I've checked DBwalker and syscheck and no problems show up. Don't know if any/all of these are related?
Re: the "All Domain Controller Servers in use are not responding" I read soemwhere that exchange SP3 would fix this?
Thanks in advance,

The first couple look to be related - so when you leave a message from an unknown (outside) caller for a subscriber does the message actually go through? I'm assuming it does or you'd have noticed by now... just checking.
The conversation checks to see if the SMTP address for any subscriber it's leaving a message for/from is filled in primarily to be sure the RUS service has done it's job on that account already or not (i.e. to ensure the AD account has a properly associated mailbox that actually exists). If the Installer account doesn't have such an address, something is wrong in Exchange 2000 land here or the account is not properly created (in which case you wouldn't be getting any outside caller messages at all).
Thanks for response. Messages are being left ok, although we do have a problem where some voicemails are tagged with an extra 10 secs or so of a "the caller has hung up" message when you play them back. TAC informned us to do an upgrade to CCM for this - down to disconnect messages.
So is this actually looking for an SMTP address for the UnityInstall account? All the system accounts created (install, DirSvc etc) were created without email addresses...
the tac case E556784 relates to this, and an upgrade from 4.0.2 to 0.3 has been suggested as a fix. Any thoughts?
Re: the exchange SP3 related error - this has been applied, and seems to have fixed the mad.exe error.
I'm not able to access my old voice mail messages all of a sudden. The recording says something like 'the message is currently not available'. This has never happened before in all the years I have been using this system. I have t...
