Unity 4.05 Receives No Voice Packets from CCM 4.13

Versions:

Unity 4.05 / tsp 8.01b

CCM 4.13 SR2

Local LAN integration

Scenario:

Attempt to record any prompt or voicemail message on unity results in a blank message from the IP phone. Unity can play back prompts and callhandlers via the IP phone but not record. The record button on the Unity admin page does call the correct phone, the user records a message and presses #, upon playback the message is blank.

AudioStat shows no voice packets of any nature being received by Unity?

All ccm devices are in default region, CSS, PT - all ports are the same, no security is configured

If i set the default region codec to g711, unity attempts to record the message for 5 seconds (or configured silence timeout threshold) then stops. If the region is set to g729a unity records the message as initially stated but plays nothing back.

Have changed the recording format in unity, no resolve, and set back to default.

Have CCM 3.34 running in parallel - works perfect.

I have tried Unity 4.03, same problem - then installed a fresh copy of 4.05.

Licenses are fine with full length recording permissable.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

RESOLVED:

Routing issue; CCM3 VLAN was trunked correctly to router on stick, as was Unity VLAN, however CCM4 VLAN was not.
