Unity 4.05

Hi,

i have an issue with unity VM

When user connect to his voice mail box to retrieve Voice Mail, the system never mentionned the date caller leave message instead mentionned only the hour.

I have another question

it's possible to dial (like mobile phone)a caller who live you message in unity mailbox

Hi Eric

Per your email address, I will assume you are using french locale.

Symptom:

When attempting to check a message using the French Language after a message is read you should hear the Day and the Time the message was left. When listening to the message using the French prompts only the Time is heard and not the Day.

When playing the same message using English Language the Day and Time are told after the message is read.

Conditions:

Unity 4.0.5

Exchange 2000 on box

French Language being used

Workaround:

No work around for French Language. Works fine for English Language

It is fix in 4.0(5)ES27. So you may open a TAC case so they send u the ES.

For the question message u may use Message Notification feature in Unity.

So this is the file you should be looking for I think in case you are indeed hitting the bug mentioned above.

It's advisable only to install ES if you are really sure that you need them, if you are not sure open a TAC case for it so a TAC engineer can identify the problem and supply you with an optimal solution.
