Unity AA Very Choppy

Occasionally, Unity AA is very choppy. Also, when calling in, during a system transfer, there is absolutley no noise and the caller thinks they have been disconnected. I know MOH is not currently supported, but is there a way to provide some sort of tone to outside callers during transfers, holds, parks...? IP Phone to IP Phone works no problem of course. I am using ICS7750 with CM3.0(8) and 7960 phones.

I think the next version of software for the ICS7750 will give you the ability to configure the CallManager and MRP to play a ringback on a transfer from the Unity AA.

As far as being choppy, do you have the Unity server and the switchport it is attached to both configured for 100Mbps full duplex?
