unity access

How I can add an user to access unity administration page other than default installation account.

Re: unity access

You assign subscribers to have SA access using the Class of Service they are associated with. By default Unity ships with a subscriber and an administrator class of service so it should just be a matter of assigning a couple of your subscribers to the administrator class of service and then they will be allowed to fire up the SA.

You can dictate how much SA access users can have as well... this is done on the "system access" page of the class of service in the SA. the Administrator class of service that gets created by the Unity setup is wide open...

Re: unity access

Is this version specific or applicable for all the versions. Is this can be achieve with "The Cisco Unity Permissions Wizard "

Re: unity access

This isn't version specific... all versions of Unity use the COS to determine SA access. Additional granularity to object access was added in 3.1 but the basic method has been there from day 1.

No, the Permissions Wizard is for the installation and service account configurations that have to do with directory and messaging system access rights, it's not related to the Unity SA in any way.
