We are installing a new Unity system with a Call Manager 3.0<br>system and initially loaded Unity on an NT platform and had it up and running... however, now it is saying our class of service does not allow to access the Unity Web page<br><br>
This is a very popular one. There are many ways to get back in but the easiest for the do-it-you-selfer is probably to associate your 'example administrator' mailbox in Exchange with the account you want to get in with. After that you can go in Unity and check the COS so you subscriber to see where you went wrong.
