We have a customer who is currently running Unity VM Only (2.4.6). He wishes to integrate Unity (approx 100 users) with an Audix system (which the rest of his organisation uses). Having searched this forum and looking at the documentation I'm a little confused as to what the integration process is.
I guess the first stage is to upgrade Unity to 3.4 and purchase a AMIS license.
Is there anyone out there who has done such an integration and can give me a few pointers ?
You should purchase an AMIS license, upgrade to 3.1(5) and then configure AMIS between the Unity and Audix. From the Unity side, the integration is pretty simple to setup if you follow the instructions online. I can't speak to the Audix side.
