Is there an easy way to clean up/clear up disk space usage from the exchange server for the unity accounts. (i.e. I have a few users that show up on the subscriber report that they have 28-63MB of Voicemail messages.) On the same note, is there a setting for Unity to delete messages that are older than say 30days or will I need to configure this in exchange?<br><br>James<br><br>
Unity does not provide any way to remove delete items after a specific amount of time or impose any limits on the subscribers mailboxes. You will need to use the native Exchange tools provided by Microsoft to take care of this. Check out this Microsoft URL:
