Is there such a feature as Express messaging on Unity, rather than dialing in the main number for Unity and going through sytem prompts to leave messages, can you dial another number to go directly to mailbox and leave a message?
You can dial the users extension followed by #2, but you still have to dial the pilot number first to get into the Unity system.
