Unity and Outlook Address Book

I've run into this issue at two installations in the past month.

Unity 4.02 and 4.03

Unified Messaging

Existing AD Environment

Customer has modified AD to have display name file show as last name, first name.

After Unity Import it appears that the Outlook Address book starts showing Users as FIRST Name Last Name rather than Lastn Name, First Name.

Global Address List appears to still be correct however.

Any ideas ?

This is a known defect -- CSCec39141.

If you call TAC you can ask for 4.0(3)ES5. For your 4.0(2) server you will need to upgrade to 4.0(3) and then apply 4.0(3)ES5.
