An FRP for a proposed UM solution had the following requirement:
TDD: The system must provide a Telecommunication device for the deaf (TDD) interface. Calls placed to TDD users will forward to voicemail and receive TDD prompts and be capable of leaving TDD messages.
I can't seem to find anything on CCO that would indicate compliance with
TDD's or overall general operation of such a feature.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated....thank you.

Unity actually will be using a 3rd party TDD product to support these features and it'll be available sooner than that... the product folks are supposed to have a doc out on the ECSBU page on CCO about this but it's not published yet. I'll ping them to see where it's at.

I have the app note for this now - the folks have tested this solution with call manager and Unity (it did fine) and generated a document on the setup and configuration steps. This will be on the ECSBU web page here soon (not sure what the hold up is) but if you want to look it over sooner, email me at "lindborg@cisco.com" and I'll email it to you.
