UNITY and uOne Messaging Systems

We recently rolled out our Unity Messaging solution to our end users. We warned them to double check and "save off" (a.k.a., write down) any voice messages from the uOne system prior to the cutover. However, we would like to know if there is a way to have both mail systems accessible to the end user for a few weeks before we unplug the uOne, once and for all... Currently the uOne is online, but the u* services are stopped. Any suggestions?<br><br>

This can be done. All you need to do is have both servers setup to talk to the CallManager. This is done with the uOne ports on the CallManager. You can leave the uOne system as it is and just add the Unity. This doc I wrote might help:
