I have a Web Attendant Hunt Group that rings a 7960 phone. When Unity answers a CFNA from the phone it thinks it is a direct forward from the extension not the Pilot point number.<br>I am using CM 3.12c, and Unity 3.1(2)<br><br><br>

Sounds like CSCdv19281. What version is the TSP?

The TSP versions is 3.1.2.0 dated 12/31/01
Is that the latest?

Pretty much. Sounds like this might be a defect. Do you have a TAC case opened?
