How many auto attendent does UNity 3.12 support, does this depend on how many sessions we order? <br>Second question, how many IVR levels does 3.12 support? By default I know it only support 2 levels, first level is welcome message and option, like press 0 for auto attendent, and so on? <br><br>

not sure what you mean by how many "auto attendants" we support... as many as you want. The levels can go as deep as you want... in testing the Audio Text Manager (available on AnswerMonkey.net 3.x tools page) I created a audio text tree that was 74 levels deep. Go wild.

You might want to take a look at the training videos I did for the Audio Text Manager, they talk a bit about how the audio text applications hang together in Unity and might be helpful to you.
