Unity Back-Up

We have Unity 2.4.6.135. We do not have a tape back-up on the Dell PowerEdge 2400 server. I would like to install an agent (Open File Manager) on this voice mail server to facilitate back ups. any problems your aware of in doing this?<br>Thanks<br><br><br>

I've never heard of any problems with that guy but we've never tested it in house so I can't say for certain you'll fly without a hitch. I'd be suprised if it caused an issue, however... most backup packages out there work OK with Unity... we're not a "special needs" package, but you do need to use an Exchange aware backup to get the mailstore/directory info of course...
