There is a book in the works (I've reviewed the proposal for it) covering test-type material. it's based on the Unity 3.0(x) line but the test doesn't specific about 3.0(x) vs. 3.1(x) so that shouldn't be a big concern. Not real sure when this is slated to hit the shelves, however.
