We have an installed system that is functioning except
that the Unity server fails in creating an exchange
mailbox. A new user gets created in AD, and that
user is listed as on our server - but no Exchange mailbox
is creates (so Unity can't save messages)

We have another Unity system right beside it, we have
checked to make sure that the installation account has
the rights to log in as a service and act as part of
the operating system - any other rights we should check?

The mailboxes take an hour to get created - we can't even leave a message until it gets created. I know it won't show up in the Exch Mgt screen until we leave a message - but any attempt to leave a message fails for about an hour.
We have too many problems....we are going to rebuild the second Unity server as a member of the domain of the first server.
