when we do Dual PBX configuration with unity say for ex- CME and CM with MWI ext 1000 and 1001 in both cases whatever MWI is dialin out will try boht port in unity we have only 2ports to reach exact PBX phone... is there any way i can bind particular unity port with particular PBX

If I understand you correcty you are wanting to have sepereate MWI ports per PBX integration. This is not possible.

When Unity dials out to light an MWI it does it in a broadcast fashion.
