Unity Conneciton Call Handlers

I`m trying to create a call handler "Wlcome to xyz press 1 for number salse , press 2 to call ......

When I press 1 or 2 it states that "the extension is unavialable"- any ideas. I checked the restriction table and the call is allowed "* allowed" I`ve done this with full Unity but struggling with Connection - has anyone got a step by step guide. Also is it best to set the DN into UC as a CTI RP?

My fault, The DN I was testing from was the same DN I targeted for the Transfer hence the issue. I retested it via another DN and it worked OK. Question the Restriction table which I had to modify was the Default transfer- how, can I create a new one and assign it to my call handler or is it only via a subscrib
