Getting a ton of these: SyslogSeverityMatchFound events generated:
SeverityMatch - Alert mgetty(15992): cannot get TIO: Input/output error.
SeverityMatch - Alert mgetty(15992): mg_init_device failed; exiting: Input/output error
SeverityMatch - Aler mgetty(15992): cannot get terminal line dev=ttyS0; exiting:
there are tons of these and the only thing that changes is the number in the parethsesis.
not sure what these are, how to investigate, not sure how it may be effecting service, application, or servers ???

Hi lleweysiss,
Here is some information about mgetty:
mgetty is a application that allows you to connect a console to a serial port and get a login prompt.
You got this error either because they plugged something which shouldn't be plugged into the serial port or because there is no serial port at all (serial port is disable).
This error message is cosmetic and will not affect in your system.
