Unity Connection 7.12 SMTP notification issue for one user

We have a user that is trying to get Message Notification setup but it is not working.  Other users (including myself) have this setup without issue.  This user recently got married and her alias changed (AD integrated).  I noticed the SMTP address under her basic setting was not updated and corrected this but I still don't see any emails being generated from the server.  I have enabled logging for the SMTP service and I don't see Unity Connection generating the email.  Where else should I look?

Thanks,

Joe

Re: Unity Connection 7.12 SMTP notification issue for one user

Are you doing SMTP notification to a device (like email/phone/etc) or message relay (like relay only, store and forward, etc)?

Re: Unity Connection 7.12 SMTP notification issue for one user

We are only using this for notification to email.  We are not attempting to deliver the message the user.  As I stated it is working for all users except this one.

Also to clarify, when I leave a message for myself (which works fine for the notification) I see in the smtp logs that a new message is found and it send the message:

Can someone assist in troubleshooting why the system is not dropping the message into the SMTP spool?

But when a message is left for the user in question I

Thanks,

Joe

Re: Unity Connection 7.12 SMTP notification issue for one user

On the main user page, did you change the SMTP address there? That

should be the user SMTP on CUC. The SMTP notification or relay

address is set elsewhere. Can you send a screenshot if the broken

user compared to a good user?

I corrected the smtp address on the main page...see attachments;

Thanks,

Joe

Re: Unity Connection 7.12 SMTP notification issue for one user

Have you disabled and re-enabled the SMTP notification after making changes?

Hailey
