Unity Connection 9.x dial by name

Customer has an requirement that in IVR, if customer opts for an option it should provide "dial-by-name" option in unity connection. Is there any documentation that i can refer to implement it.

 

Components:

ICM : 9.0.3

CVP : 9.0.1

CUCM : 9.1.1

Unity connection : 9.x

CVP comprehensive deplyment.

Hi Venkatesh, You can configure a directory handler in unity connection with Voice enabled checked. also, configure a routing rule in unity which hits the above created directory handler. regds, aman
