Unity Connection - Problem Attempt Transfer After Greetings

Hi,

Hope someone can help on this. :)

I am using Cisco Unity Connection version: 1.1(1) SR1.

And in the User - Greetings - Standard Greeting Section, I am trying to attempt transfer to another user with voicemail box for extension, 1234.

However, there is only a selected list of extension under the scroll selection. I have clicked on the Find button and selected the extension 1234 and click on close. However the extension still does not appear under the scroll list.

Anyone has encountered this and found any solution for this?

I just found a solution

Bug CSCse40931

Unity Connection Find User page can't add when only one user is found

If your search results only bring up one option it will not select the user. Try using a search with more than 1 result. I did that and was able to select the user then. it looks like the bug is fixed in version 1.2(1)

Is the other user in the same cluster?

I am having the same issue as well but under Call Handlers when assigning a number to transfer to an extension or greeting.

Running the same version of connections and all users are in the same cluster/system

You hit jackpot. When I search for '123' and it gave a 10 search results, I was able to select the extension to transfer to.

Try searching for the alias for user with extension 1234.
