Unity Connection Transfer Calls to CUCM Locals

Hi All,

Blessed day!

May we ask for your kind assistance on what we have experienced in our Unity Connection?

This was intermittent issue where the call sometimes cannot connect to the locals from CUCM.

This was affected both internal and external.

Scenario:

When we press the local digits or press option number that will be transferred to assigned local, unity will be prompted "I did not recognized that is a valid entry..." or "...number is not available" even the local is available. SOmetimes it works the call go through.

Our Unity Connection version is 11.5.1.10000-6.

That sound like you *might* have DTMF issues

Thanks for the reply.

We have upgraded the  unity to latest version and so far the issue not encountered anymore.
