Specifically: "* For information on larger Voice Messaging deployments with message storage on the Cisco Unity server, see the Cisco Unity 3.1(3) Design Guide. that's not the design guides...

I already raised the flag on this with the pubs folks. They will be publishing the design guides (and some other stuff) out where the white papers are visible now on the public site. Not sure when they'll get to this, however...
