Normally when acaller is in the Unity promot, insted of leaving a VM the caller can dial 0 to go to an operator or to an extension.
When the call comes to the operator the Opertor sees the ANI of the caller. Is it possible to to show the extension of the user from whos mail box the caller was transfered from, so that way the receptionist knows for who this was originally intended for?
If it is possible, what are the draw back of this ?
