Unity dialer name v/s number

Each user can individually set up "looking for subscriber ny name or by number". The Unity lady prompt also advise that you can toggle between name & number by pushing "##".
When any subscriber is signed in and try to forward the message to another subsciber by dialing number (& By mistake if pushed wrong extention), system replys "no Matching name try differnet spelling (eventhough the subscriber was dialing by number & not by name )
How can I fixed proper prompts ?

Re: Unity dialer name v/s number

This sounds like defect CSCdu04218. You might not be able to see it. There is not much you can do about changing the prompts as the code is picking up the wrong one. If your problem is defined by this description, please call TAC and let them know.

When a subscriber's conversation is configured to address messages by
phone extension, and they try to spell a name, they will most likely
not match any extensions defined on the system, so they should get an
error message.

The error message they get if they type a name or some other invalid
extension or don't type anything at all is:

"Sorry, no matching names. Try a different spelling."

This is misleading and will ask a caller to spell a name when they
cannot do so with their conversation settings.
