Unity - Distribution List

Hi,

Can anybdody tell me, how to use distribution lists. I am using Unity version 4.0(2) with Exchange2000. I want to know the configuration part as well how to test the same.

What exactly i want is, I can create public distribution list and add suscribers to that. But how will I use tha same..Like how to send message to a list and how the retrieval will happen for the subscriber?
