Unity does not prompt the calling number

i have unity 3.1.4 installed with the demo licencense.

when playing the voice mails via ip phone, the telephone number of the person who left the message is prompted by the system.

on the production system (also 3.1.4), which has a VM-only licensekey installed, the system does not prompt the calling number.

is this a feature restriction of VM-only???

Not sure what you were hearing in the demo mode... Unity never plays the calling number of the person who left the message unless they were a subscriber (it'll play the voice name if available and if not it'll play their primary extension). Unity has never played the caller Id in formation over the phone interface in any version - demo, UM, VM or otherwise. It's stored in the subject line which can be viewed at the desktop but isn't offered over the TUI.
